Calm & Craft

Calm & Craft
Slow down and create something lovely.
Welcome to our new series of calming craft classes, created by a yoga teacher and creative teacher.
Each class beings with a calming seated mindfulness practice, led by Caz from CJYoga, followed by a drink and introduction to the craft and gentle guidance, led by Caroline from Creative Escape.
We change the crafts every few months, in August and September we'll be painting candles.
Book now- We'll begin with a seated mindfulness and breathing practice guided by CJYoga to help us settle in
- Then create a beautiful craft (with creative freedom) led by Creative Escape to make something you're proud of
- Enjoy a cuppa and friendly conversation in this small group setting
The class is beginner friendly, very welcoming and the perfect way to unwind and make something different.
Bring a friend, or make a new one. We'll make you feel welcome!
