We’re sisters who love a good craft and a good chat. We started Creative Escape because we wanted to make a space where you can switch off, make something beautiful, and meet some lovely people — whether you call yourself a crafter or not.
You’ll leave with a finished piece you’re proud of, written instructions to take home, and probably a few new friends.
Our story
How Creative Escape started
We’ve always been the kind of sisters who make things together — birthday cards, friendship bracelets, questionable pottery. As adults, we realised how rare it is to sit down, switch off, and actually create something with your hands.
Creative Escape started as an excuse to get friends around a table with some craft supplies, drinks, and snacks. It turns out a lot of people were craving the same thing: a calm evening, clear instructions, and the buzz of finishing something you’re genuinely proud of.
Every workshop is designed so that anyone can join — you don’t need to be “crafty”. We keep groups small, walk you through every step, and make sure you leave with something beautiful (and probably a few new friends too).
